Course Description

Sleepy Hollow Country Club is a historic private club located in Scarborough-on-Hudson, New York. Established in 1911 by notable industrialists and financiers, the club spans 338 acres of land that was once part of the Woodlea estate. The centerpiece of the club is the Woodlea Clubhouse, a mansion that serves as the social hub for members. Recognized as one of America’s top private clubs, it has received accolades such as being ranked 57th by Golf Connoisseur Magazine and consistently named a Platinum Club of America.The club offers a range of amenities, including a championship golf course designed by C.B. Macdonald and later updated by A.W. Tillinghast. Members can also enjoy equestrian facilities, a fitness center, skeet and trap shooting, and squash courts. Sleepy Hollow Country Club hosts various events, including weddings and formal gatherings, and provides accommodations for overnight stays in the clubhouse.
