Terms of Service
Effective March 2026. These terms govern how you interact with the drills.golf ecosystem across all platforms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your region) to create an account. Coaches, facilities, or collegiate teams may provision seats through an enterprise agreement—each seat remains responsible for its own activity.
Practice programs, course intelligence, tournament scouting reports, and simulator templates remain proprietary. You receive a revocable license to use them within the app or web portal for personal or team training only.
The same rules apply whether you use the iOS app, Android app, or drills.golf in a browser. Attempting to reverse engineer APIs, intercept network calls, or share direct download links to course shards is not permitted.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Enterprise invoices follow the payment schedule defined in your order form.
Scraping or exporting tournament schedules, course data, or practice plans—whether through bots, unofficial SDKs, or manual replication—is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, block IP ranges, and pursue legal action (including damages) against any individual or organization that captures or republishes proprietary data. If you need sanctioned access to our datasets, email support@drills.golf with a description of your project so we can evaluate a license.
The mobile apps may download practice packs for offline use. Those files remain encrypted and tied to your account. Copying them outside the app or injecting them into other products violates these terms.
For billing disputes, feature requests, or to report unauthorized usage, email support@drills.golf. Most issues are resolved within five business days. Unresolved matters may be escalated to binding arbitration in California, USA.
