Flop | Perpendicular Ball Lines | Multiple Targets

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 perpendicular lines 20 balls per line and stop flop shots close to multiple targets. Count the number of successes.

Set up two lines of 18 balls each. The lines should cross at a right angle. Each ball is 1 foot apart.

Put two targets on the green, 5 to 10 yards apart. The targets are set 5 to 20 yards away from the ball lines.

Hit 36 flop shots: 18 shots from the first line, 18 shots from the second line.

For each line, split the 18 shots into 3 groups of 6 balls.

For each set of 6 balls, aim at one target. Try to land the ball within 10 feet of the target.

Take turns aiming each set at a different target.

7

Count each ball that lands within 10 feet of the target as a success.

After all 36 shots, add up successes and enter score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Flop | Deep Rough and Other | Flat

Short Game

Hit flop shot two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the flat deep rough and other extreme grass types.

Put two target zones on the green, 6 feet apart. Call them Zone A and Zone B.

Set up in deep rough, 15 to 40 yards from the green.

Hit 36 flop shots: 18 at Zone A, 18 at Zone B.

Hit 3 shots at Zone A, then 3 shots at Zone B. Repeat until all shots are done.

Count a success if the ball stops inside the target zone.

Keep the ball in the same place for every shot. Only aim changes.

Add total successes out of 36 attempts. Enter score in the app.

Up to 5 players hit flop shot two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped fairway; one bucket with balls above feet level, and one bucket with balls below feet level.

Get 36 golf balls. Split them into 2 groups of

Make 3 target zones on the green. Each zone should be 4 feet wide and lined up in a row.

Hit 18 flop shots from above your feet. Aim for 6 shots at each target zone. Use the same setup and stance for every shot.

Move to below your feet. Hit 18 flop shots again, 6 shots at each of the same target zones.

Count the shots that stop inside the correct target zone as success.

Add up the successful shots from both above and below feet, out of 36 tries. Enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.
