The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office operates two correctional facilities; the Salt Lake County Metro Jail and the Oxbow Jail Facility. Both jails are highly efficient, designed to operate at low costs with an abundance of programs that minimize overcrowding issues while creating an approach that reduces recidivism.
