Development program

Skills periodization build based on tournament clock

Practice like you have a team of experts preparing you for success. The skills periodization is a widely adopted sports science methodology that programmatically controls your athletic shape. A carefully build system, it is designed to optimize your performance leading up to the event. As in every sport, initial weeks are focused on building foundations (red weeks - think "technique"), followed by a period of refining your shot shaping ability (blue weeks, think "ball flight"), and concluding with performance optimization period that sharpens your ability to shoot lower scores. The intensity of practice gradually increases as the event approaches. The system is composed of micro cycles (weeks) and macro cycles (group of weeks), to learn, refine, and peak at the right time. The green curve tracks practice intensity and is used to indicate readiness to score at any given moment in time.
