Drills intentionally oscillate from slightly easier to harder sets every one to three weeks. That nudges players into more/less challenge to simulate pressure, which is why the readiness curve wiggles rather than climbing in a perfect line.

Module: Keep Ball Close To Hole
Hit bump-n-run shot two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped deep rough and other extreme grass types; one bucket from the uphill slope and one bucket from the downhill slope.
Prepare 36 balls in two sets of
Pick one uphill spot, 5-20 yards from the hole, for 18 tries.
Make three target zones on the green around the hole: left, center, right.
Hit 6 balls at each target zone in order: left, center, right.
Move to a downhill spot, 5-20 yards from the hole, and do the same.

Module: Keep Ball Close To Hole
Align a bucket of balls next to the green (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal perpendicular piles of 4 balls and stop bump-n-run shots close to multiple targets. Count the number of successes.
Arrange 40 balls into 10 piles with 4 balls in each pile. Set the piles in two lines that cross each other near the green. The two lines should be 6 yards apart. Each pile in a line is 2 yards from the next pile.
Pick 3 target flags on the green. Space the targets 6 feet apart in a line or triangle so each one can be aimed at.
Hit 36 bump-and-run shots, in 3 sets of 12 shots. For each set, aim all 12 shots at one of the target flags (Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3).
Start at any pile and try to hit the ball so it lands inside a 10-foot circle around the chosen target. Do this for 12 shots, then move to the next target and do it again, until all 36 shots are done.
Use different piles as you like for variety, but always set up the same way for each shot.
Count each shot that stops inside the 10-foot circle as a success.
After all shots, count total successes and enter score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Set up 10 piles of balls in two lines that cross each other. Put 5 piles in each line. Leave space between all piles and lines.
Put the piles 1 to 10 yards/meters from the green and 5 to 30 yards/meters from the hole.
On the green, mark two big circles around the hole. Make the first circle 6 feet (2 meters) out from the hole, and the second circle 15 feet (5 meters) out from the hole.
There are 36 shots total. Split them into 3 groups of 12 shots.
First 12 shots: try to stop the ball inside the small (inner) circle. Next 12: try to stop the ball inside the big (outer) circle but outside the small circle. Last 12: try to keep the ball anywhere on the green.
Hit one ball from each pile. Keep moving around the piles any way until all 36 shots are done using the right target for each group.
Count how many balls land in the right place for each group: inside the small circle for the first 12, in the big circle but outside the small one for the next 12, and anywhere on the green for the last

Align a bucket of balls next to the green (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal perpendicular piles of 4 balls and stop bump-n-run shots inside Bullseye. Count the number of balls in the inner and outer Bullseye.
Make 10 piles of 4 balls (40 balls) in two lines, crossing each other near the green, 1 to 10 yards from the green and 5 to 30 yards from the hole. Keep piles 2 yards apart, lines 5 to 10 yards apart.
On the green, use string or tees to mark two circles around the hole: one with a 6-foot radius (inner), the other with a 15-foot radius (outer).
Use only 36 balls (9 piles of 4) for this test.

Scatter a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) next to the green. Scatter into 8 equal piles of 5 balls and hit-and-land bump-n-run shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.
Put 36 golf balls into 3 groups of 12 balls. Spread the groups around the green between 1 and 10 yards from the edge and 5 to 30 yards from the hole.
Mark 3 landing zones in a straight line at the edge of the green, each 6 feet (2 meters) apart.
Hit 36 bump-and-run shots: 12 to zone 1, 12 to zone 2, 12 to zone
Use the first set of 12 balls for zone 1, the second set for zone 2, and the last set for zone

Place two parallel lines of balls beside the green. Each line has 18 balls spaced 1 foot apart. The lines are 5 to 10 yards apart.
On the green, mark 9 stop zones using tees, string, or buckets. Arrange the zones in 3 rows of 3, spaced evenly.
Hit 36 bump-n-run shots. Divide them into 9 groups of 4 shots.
Hit 4 shots from one ball line toward Stop Zone
Try to stop each ball in that zone.
Switch to the other ball line and hit 4 shots toward Stop Zone

Make 10 piles of balls in two lines, 5 piles in each line. The lines are 3 yards or meters apart, and each pile in a line has 4 yards or meters between them.
Put the piles between 1 and 10 yards/meters from the green and between 5 and 30 yards/meters from the hole.
On the green, mark 4 equal quadrants using string or tees. Each quadrant is about 6 feet or 2 meters in radius.
Do 36 bump-and-run shots in total. Divide them into 4 groups of 9 shots. For each group, aim for a single quadrant (Quadrant 1, then 2, 3, 4).
Start at any pile. Hit 9 balls trying to land in Quadrant
Then do the same for Quadrants 2, 3, and 4, hitting 9 shots for each quadrant.
Count each shot that lands in the correct quadrant as a point.

Hit 12 shots from the first pile, try to land in the first zone.

Mark 9 stop zones on the green using buckets, tees, or string. Make 3 groups with 3 zones each, spaced evenly.
Hit 36 bump-and-run shots: 12 at each group of 3 zones (4 shots per zone).
From the first line, hit 12 shots at the first group of 3 zones (4 shots per zone).
Move to the second line, hit 12 shots at the second group of 3 zones (4 shots per zone).

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the flat deep rough and other extreme grass types.
Place two straight lines of 18 golf balls each on flat ground near the green.
Space the lines 5 yards apart and put them 5 to 30 yards from the hole.
Hit 36 bump-and-run shots.
In the first line, hit every third ball, skipping the two in between.
At the end of the first line, switch to the second line and do the same. Alternate lines until all 36 shots are hit.
Place three target zones on the green in a line.
For the first 12 shots, aim for the closest target zone.
For the next 12 shots, aim for the middle zone.
For the last 12 shots, aim for the farthest zone.
Count each shot that lands and stops in the correct zone as a success.
After 36 shots, total your number of successful shots out of 36 and enter your score in the app.

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the flat fairway.
Put 2 rows of 20 golf balls each on flat grass near the green, 5 yards apart.
Make sure both rows are between 5 and 30 yards from the hole, and keep all balls on the fairway, not on the green.
Split the 36 shots into 3 groups of
First 12 shots, try to land the ball within 5 feet left of the hole.
Next 12 shots, try to land the ball within 5 feet right of the hole.
Last 12 shots, aim to land the ball in a 5-foot circle around the hole.
Hit every third ball from each row: start with one row (balls 1, 4, 7, etc.), then switch to the other row, and keep going until all 36 shots are done.

Align a bucket of balls next to the green (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 parallel lines 20 balls per line and stop bump-n-run shots inside 9 Stop Zones. Count the number of successful stops.
Place two parallel lines of balls beside the green. Each line has 18 balls spaced 1 foot apart. The lines are 5 to 10 yards apart.
On the green, mark 9 stop zones using tees, string, or buckets. Arrange the zones in 3 rows of 3, spaced evenly.
Hit 36 bump-n-run shots. Divide them into 9 groups of 4 shots.
Hit 4 shots from one ball line toward Stop Zone
Try to stop each ball in that zone.

Put 3 targets by the hole: A at 12 o'clock, B at 4 o'clock, C at 8 o'clock, each 3 feet from the hole.
Split the 36 shots into 3 groups of
