Course Description
The Hideout is a planned residential community consisting of approximately 3,200 single family homes nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern PA. While the Hideout maintains many state of the art facilities, we have also set aside nearly 250 acres of pristine woodlands for preservation in its natural state for all.This complete, four season, recreational community maintains over forty (40) miles of paved roads and modern central sewer and water systems. Part of the Wallenpaupack Watershed, the community has three main bodies of water commonly used for recreational purposes: Roamingwood Lake (198 acres); Deerfield Lake (22 acres); and Brooks Lake (9.2 acres). Also located within the community are Windemere Lake (1 acre); Hidden Lake (1 acre); and Big Springs Pond (3 acres). Guests are greeted by our Entrance Pond (3.2 acres) and eventually makes its way down to Lake Wallenpaupack via Ariel Creek.A Four Season Resort Community: 24 Hour Security, Gated Entrance, Public Utilities, Central Water and Sewer, Clubhouse, Lodge, Campgrounds, 250 Acres Of Pristine Woodlands, and a Dog Park.Recreation Galore!
