Course Description

In 2001, owners Dennis and Larry Turco had a vision to open one of the most renowned golf courses in the world -- one that paid tribute to the great design styles of the game's most prolific architects. Together, they partnered with golf course architect Stephen Kay and Golf Digest Architectural Editor, Ron Whitten, to unveil New Jersey's only legacy course and name it, "The Architects Golf Club." The Architects embodies 70 years of great design styles and is the only course to offer a history lesson in golf course architecture as guests play through their round.Set alongside Warren County's luscious, rolling hills, The Architects Golf Club is known for its links-style golf play and beautiful panoramic landscape views and natural imagery. Architects pays tribute to the great golf course architects spanning a golden age of golf course design that spanned from 1885 to 1955. Esteemed golf course architect Stephen Kay, alongside Golf Digest architectural editor Ron Whitten, created the concept, which was then executed and completed by course builders and owners/operators, Larry and Dennis Turco. In 2007, another chapter in The Architects Golf Club began with the opening of a new state-of-the-art clubhouse and banquet facility. The spectacular 16,000 square foot clubhouse boasts luxurious space for large social events, golf outings and weddings. In 2019, the clubhouse will be home to the all-new Architects Bar & Grill, which is open to the public year-round, and offers a American cuisine in a pub-style casual dining experience.
