Course Description
The main focus of this club is to allow Stony Brook Students with a passion for golf to congregate and play the sport they love with others on campus. We plan to hold weekly practice sessions, trips to local golf courses, and other social events related to golf including mini-golf tournaments. Whether you like to geek out about swing mechanics, rave about your favorite player on tour, or just want to discover what golf is like, the SBU Golf Club is here for you.Don't worry if you have no experience or golf clubs, just bring yourself to our weekly training sessions and you will be taken care of. We will provide extra clubs for those without their own as well as walk you through the basics of golf. If you do have golf clubs on your own, even better.
