Course Description
Located less than 2 miles from I-95, Stonington Country Club is nestled in Stonington, CT, long-considered the jewel of Southeastern Connecticut's countryside. A private golf club, envisioned and developed by golfers, Stonington Country Club offers a beautiful, family-welcoming 150 acre course framed by gentle hillsides and stone walls with a reputation as an exquisitely maintained course by its members and guests. Its 18 hole, par 72 course is both challenging for golfers with single-digit handicaps as well as friendly for those who are learning to golf. It is easily accessible with no tee times and provides the option of riding carts or walking comfortably as great exercise along its 6 mile course.The course is open to its members twelve months per year - even in the off-season - with temporary tees and greens when many of our members enjoy playing cross-country golf!Our brand new bar and lounge area overlooking the course makes for a great gathering spot for old and new friends alike to gather after a round of golf to enjoy the beautiful views and the company of our warm and welcoming community.
