Short Game

Hit flop shot two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped fairway; one bucket with balls above feet level, one bucket with balls below feet level.

Set up two targets on the green about 10 to 15 yards apart.

Get 36 balls and split them into 2 groups of

Hit 18 flop shots from a slope with the ball above your feet, aiming at the first target.

Hit 18 flop shots from a slope with the ball below your feet, aiming at the second target.

Count how many balls land and stop within 3 feet of each target. These are successes.

6

Keep your ball setup the same for all shots.

After all 36 shots, record how many were successful out of 36 in the app.

Flop | Parallel Ball Lines | 9 Stop Zones

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 parallel lines 20 balls per line and stop flop shots inside 9 Stop Zones. Count the number of successful stops.

Place two lines of 18 balls each about 5-10 yards apart, with balls 1 foot apart.

Mark 9 stop zones on the green with tees, string, or buckets, making sure they are easy to see.

Hit 36 flop shots, with 2 shots at each stop zone from each line.

Start with the first line and hit 2 shots to the first stop zone.

Switch to the second line and hit 2 shots to the second stop zone.

Keep switching lines and aiming at the next stop zone, 2 shots each, until all 9 zones are targeted.

Count each shot that stops in the right zone as a success.

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal parallel piles of 4 balls and hit-and-land flop shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.

Set up 36 balls in 9 piles of 4 balls each, in two lines, 5–20 yards from the hole.

Put markers on the green to make 3 landing zones, each zone 6 feet apart in a line.

Hit 36 flop shots total, 12 to each landing zone.

Hit from any pile at the first zone for 12 shots, then move to the next zone for the next 12, then the third zone for the last 12 shots.

Switch piles after each shot, but keep the set up and distances the same.

Short Game

Up to 5 players compete to stop a flop shot inside the landing zone(s). The player with the most points at the end wins the challenge. One bucket of balls per player is needed.

Set up 10 piles of balls in two lines, making a cross. Each line has 5 piles. Piles are 3 yards or meters apart and are between 5 and 40 yards or meters from the hole on grass.

On the green, use sticks, clubs, or string to mark 3 landing zones in a straight line, spaced 3 feet or 1 meter apart.

There are 36 flop shots in total. Divide them into 3 groups of 12 shots, aiming each group at a different landing zone.

Pick any pile to start. Hit each shot, trying to land the ball in the right zone.

5

After 12 shots to the first zone, do 12 shots to the next zone, then finish with 12 shots to the last zone.

6

Count the number of balls that land and stop in the correct zone.

7

After all 36 shots, enter the number of successful shots in the app, out of 36 attempts.
