Admirablement conçu en 1992 par le réputé Graham Cooke, le terrain de golf tire profit d'un environnement exceptionnel au coeur de la Ville de Bromont offrant une magnifique vue de la montagne. Avec son parcours de golf variant de 5181 à 7036 verges, offrant un défi de taille pour les joueurs de golf de tous les niveaux, Le Royal Bromont possède 18 trous d'une normale 72. Il fut l'hôte de l'Omnium PGA canadien en 1994 et est reconnu comme l'un des plus prestigieux terrains de golf au Canada. La revue Golf Digest lui a d'ailleurs décerné 4 étoiles dans sa rubrique Places to play. Les départs du parcours, ses allées et ses verts sont entièrement recouverts d'agrostide (Bent Grass). Ses trappes de sable de silice réfléchissent au soleil un blanc immaculé... On ne peut passer sous silence l'implication environnementale du Royal Bromont.
