Place two circles around the hole on the green: one with a 6-foot radius, and one with a 15-foot radius.

From 5–30 yards away, chip 18 balls from the first line, aiming for the circles.

Chip the other 18 balls from the second line, aiming for the circles.

Alternate hitting 3 to 5 shots between the two lines.

Shots inside the small circle = full success. Shots inside the big circle only = partial success.

Put 40 balls into 10 piles with 4 balls in each pile. Arrange in two lines, 5 piles per line.

Mark 4 sections (quadrants) in a circle of 6 feet or 2 meters radius around the hole on the green using string or tees.

Find a spot in deep rough on an uphill slope 5 to 30 yards from the hole. Set up the ball the same way each time.

Place three targets around the green in a straight line, 4 feet apart.

Hit 18 chip shots from the uphill slope. Land 6 balls in each target zone.

Move to a deep rough spot on a downhill slope 5 to 30 yards from the hole. Keep the same setup.

Hit 18 chip shots from the downhill slope. Land 6 balls in each target zone.

Count each ball that ends inside the target as a success.

Add up all the successful shots out of 36 in the app.

Pick a flag for 7, 6, or 5 iron.

Mark an area around the flag like a green, about 5% of the distance to the flag.

Get 36 balls to hit into this green area.

Split the green into 3 equal parts: Left, Center, Right.

Hit 12 balls at the Left part.

Hit 12 balls at the Center part.

Hit 12 balls at the Right part.

Use just 7, 6, or 5 irons, set up the same way every time.

Switch between different mid irons throughout the exercise.

Hit 12 shots at Target A, then 12 at Target B, then 12 at Target C. Keep setup and routine the same.

Pick one flag or target on the range for iron shots.

Make five target zones around the flag: center (the flag), short, long, left, right. Use cones, buckets, or imagination.
