Day 21

Bump-n-Run | Fairway | Uphill/Downhill

Program: Land Ball 2–3 Feet From Pin

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped fairway; one bucket from the uphill slope and one bucket from the downhill slope.

Short Game26 min
Diagram for Bump-n-Run | Fairway | Uphill/Downhill
1

Set up two lines of 18 golf balls each on a sloped fairway near the green: one line on the uphill slope, one line on the downhill slope. Balls should be spaced 5 yards apart, between 5 and 30 yards from the hole.

2

Place 3 target zones on the green in a row, 6 feet apart. Call them Zone 1 (closest), Zone 2 (middle), and Zone 3 (farthest).

3

Hit 36 total bump-and-run shots: 18 from the uphill line, 18 from the downhill line.

4

From the uphill line, hit 6 shots to each zone (6 to Zone 1, 6 to Zone 2, 6 to Zone 3). Always hit every third ball, skipping two balls between shots.

5

For the downhill line, repeat the process: 6 shots to each zone, using every third ball.

6

Count a success each time a ball stops inside the intended target zone.

7

When all 36 shots are done, record how many balls landed in the correct zone, out of 36 attempts, in the app.

All irons (9 to 2) | Tendencies Discovery

Program: Mid-Iron Distance Accuracy

Discover tendencies amongst irons raise awareness, what is likely to happen in a given situation. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Driving Range30 min

1

Pick one flag or target on the range for iron shots.

2

Make five target zones around the flag: center (the flag), short, long, left, right. Use cones, buckets, or imagination.

3

Hit 35 shots in total.

4

Hit 7 shots to each target zone: short, long, left, right, center.

5

Use any iron from 9 to 2, switch clubs each shot if wanted. Ball setup stays the same.

6

Try to land and stop each ball in the chosen target zone.

7

Count how many shots stop in the correct zone for each group.

Day 44

Mid irons (7,6,5) | Ladder Challenge

Program: Mid-Iron Distance Accuracy

Complete the Ladder Challenge using mid irons only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Driving Range31 min
Diagram for Mid irons (7,6,5) | Ladder Challenge
1

Set up three ladder zones on the range, each 6 yards/meters apart, short of the target flag.

2

Each ladder zone is a target area. The ball must land and stop within 6 yards/meters of the flag.

3

Hit 36 mid iron shots (using 7-, 6-, or 5-iron) towards the three ladder zones.

4

Split the 36 shots into 3 sets of

2

For each set, hit shots in order: first into zone 1, then zone 2, then zone 3, and repeat the ladder sequence three times.

5

All shots go to the same flag. You can switch clubs (7-, 6-, or 5-iron) any time.

6

A shot counts as a success only if it lands and stops in the right ladder zone for that shot.

7

After 36 shots, add up how many were successful and enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Day 45

All irons (9 to 2) | Weaknesses Discovery

Program: Mid-Iron Distance Accuracy

Discover weaknesses amongst irons shots and clubs to avoid in critical situations. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Driving Range31 min
Diagram for All irons (9 to 2) | Weaknesses Discovery
1

Choose 3 flags at medium distances for your irons (9 to 2).

2

Put 4 cones around each flag to make a small square or circle, with about 5% of the distance to the flag as the circle's radius.

3

Pick one cone at each flag as the "danger side" to avoid.

4

Hit 36 balls total, 12 at each flag, and use different irons if you want.

5

Try to land each ball inside the cone circle and not on the danger side.

6

Mark a shot as successful if it stays in the circle and not on or past the danger side.
