Short Game26 min
Diagram for DIY Course Medium
1

Put 9 balls in different spots around the chipping green in areas like sand, sloped rough, or deep rough.

2

Each ball is its own hole with par 2, so total par is 18 for all 9 balls.

3

Hit one wedge or chip shot to get each ball onto the green.

4

Use a putter to finish each hole by putting the ball in the hole.

5

Go through all 9 holes once.

6

Do the 9 holes again, then another time, to reach 27 holes.

7

Play 9 more holes so you have played 36 holes total (4 rounds of 9).

8

Count your total shots for all 36 holes and compare that to par

9

At the end, enter the number of holes finished at or under par in the app, out of 36 tries.

Make a DIY 9 hole medium-difficulty course. Every hole is PAR 2. Count the score.

Short Game26 min
Diagram for DIY Course Medium
1

Place 9 balls in tricky spots around the short game area, like sand, sloped rough, and deep rough, 20-40 yards from the green.

2

Each ball is a mini hole with par 2 shots (chip plus putt).

3

For each ball, chip onto the green and then putt until it goes in, counting strokes (max 2).

4

Move to the next ball and do the same until all 9 balls are played.

Day 53

All Woods (Hy to Driver) | General Discovery

Program: Reduce 3-Wood Spread

Discover tendencies by hitting various ball flights to various distances, using woods only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Driving Range30 min
Diagram for All Woods (Hy to Driver) | General Discovery
1

Set up 5 cones in a line, each 10 yards/meters apart, to mark distances between 220 and 300 yards/meters.

2

Hit 7 shots at each cone for a total of 35 shots.

3

Use only woods (5-wood, hybrid, or 3-wood), but can switch clubs between shots.

4

For each shot, try to land the ball near the cone you aim at.

5

Count and record how many balls land within 15 yards/meters of each cone.

6

Make sure to hit both the right distance and direction.

7

After all 35 shots, count how many landed close to the cones and enter your score in the app, out of 35 attempts.
