Flop | Perpendicular Ball Lines | 3 Landing Zones

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 perpendicular lines 20 balls per line and hit-and-land flop shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.

Arrange 36 balls in two lines of 18 balls each. Lines cross each other and are 5 to 10 yards apart. Balls are 1 foot apart in each line.

Put three landing zones in a row on the green, 6 feet apart.

There are 36 shots. Aim 12 shots at each landing zone.

From one line, hit 6 shots at the first landing zone.

From the other line, hit 6 shots at the second landing zone.

Go back to the first line and hit 6 shots at the third landing zone.

Switch lines and keep repeating until all 36 shots are done, with 12 shots at each landing zone.

Count each shot that lands and stops in the right zone as successful.

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal perpendicular piles of 4 balls and stop flop shots inside Bullseye. Count the number of balls in the inner and outer Bullseye.

Arrange 36 balls into 9 piles of 4 balls each, making 2 lines that cross each other. Keep piles about 2 yards apart, and lines about 5 to 10 yards apart.

On the green, make two circles: a small one (2-meter radius) and a big one (5-meter radius) around the hole.

Hit all 36 flop shots and try to land each ball inside the circles.

Hit 18 shots aiming for the small circle and 18 shots aiming for the big circle.

Change where shots come from by using different piles, hitting 2 to 4 shots from each pile that land inside a circle.

Up to 5 players compete to stop a flop shot in the bullseye. The best final score relative to PAR wins the challenge. One bucket of balls per player is needed.

Set up 10 piles of balls in two lines that cross at a right angle. Each pile has enough balls for 3 shots. Place piles 5-40 yards from the hole on grass.

On the green, mark two circles around the hole: a 6-foot circle (bullseye) and a 15-foot circle.

Hit 36 flop shots total. From each pile, hit 3 shots trying to land near the hole.

Split the 36 shots into 2 rounds of

In each round, hit 1 shot from each of the 10 piles, then hit 1 more shot from the first 8 piles.
