Bump-n-Run | Scattered Ball Lines | 3 Landing Zones

Short Game

Scatter a bucket of balls next to the green (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 8 equal lines of 5 balls and hit-and-land bump-n-run shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.

Put 40 balls into 8 lines with 5 balls in each line. Lines should be on grass, 1 to 10 yards/meters from the green and 5 to 30 yards/meters from the hole. Balls in each line should be about 1 yard/meter apart.

Make 3 landing zones on the edge of the green. Use sticks or string to mark each zone. Zones should be in a straight line and 6 feet (2 meters) apart.

Hit 36 bump-and-run shots using the balls. Split these into 3 groups of 12 shots.

For the first 12 shots, aim at the first landing zone. Use any of the 8 lines, hitting all 5 balls in a line, then go to another line until 12 shots are done.

For the next 12 shots, aim at the second landing zone. Hit full lines of 5 balls until you have 12 shots.

For the last 12 shots, aim at the third landing zone. Hit full lines of 5 balls until 12 shots are done. Count each ball that lands and stays in the chosen landing zone as a success, and add up total successful shots out of 36 attempts in the app.

Bump-n-Run | Perpendicular Ball Lines | 3 Landing Zones

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls next to the green (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 perpendicular lines 20 balls per line and hit-and-land bump-n-run shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.

Make two lines of 18 balls each, one foot apart, next to the green, in an L-shape.

Put 3 markers at the edge of the green, 6 feet apart, to make 3 landing zones in a row.

Hit 36 bump-and-run shots: 12 shots at each landing zone.

Switch between ball lines. For each zone, hit 3 shots from one line, then 3 shots from the other, until all 12 shots per zone are done.

Each time a ball stops in the right zone, count it as a successful shot.

After all 36 shots, add up your successful shots and enter your score in the app out of 36 attempts.

Bump-n-Run | Parallel Piles | 3 Landing Zones

Short Game

Up to 5 players compete to stop a bump-n-run shot inside the landing zone(s). The player with the most points at the end wins the challenge. One bucket of balls per player is needed.

Set up 10 piles of balls in 2 lines, each line 3 yards/meters apart. Piles are 4 yards/meters apart in each line.

Put the piles at distances between 1 and 10 yards/meters from the green, and 5 to 30 yards/meters from the hole.

On the green, make 3 landing zones with sticks or clubs, each zone 6 feet (2 meters) apart in a line.

Do 36 bump-and-run shots, aiming for each landing zone 12 times.

Hit 12 shots at the first zone, then 12 at the second, then 12 at the third. Switch piles as needed.

Count each shot that lands and stays in the correct zone as a success.

Add up successes and enter score in the app out of 36 attempts.

Mark 9 stop zones on the green using buckets, string, or tees; label them 1 to

Split the 36 shots into 9 groups of 4 balls.

For each group, try to stop all 4 balls in one stop zone.

Hit 4 balls from one line to the first stop zone.

Move to a different line and hit 4 balls to the second stop zone.
