Sand | Parallel Ball Lines | Quadrants

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls in the sand (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 parallel lines 20 balls per line and stop sand shots inside quadrants. Count the number of successes.

Make two straight lines of 18 balls each in the sand, about 1 foot apart in each line, and place the lines 5 to 10 yards apart.

On the green, mark a 10-foot circle around the hole and divide it into 4 equal parts.

Hit 36 sand shots, split into 4 groups of

9

For each group, aim all 9 shots at one of the 4 parts.

Switch to the other line of balls every 9 shots.

Try to make each ball stop in the right part on the green; count only balls that do.

6

After all 36 shots, count how many made it and enter your score in the app out of 36 attempts.

Short Game

Up to 5 players compete to stop a sand shot in the bullseye. The best final score relative to PAR wins the challenge. Up to 80 balls are needed.

Make 4 straight lines of 9 balls each in the sand bunker, with 1 foot between each ball.

Place the lines 3 yards apart from each other, and make sure all balls are between 20 and 40 yards from the hole.

On the green, make two circles: a small circle around the hole (6-foot radius) and a bigger circle (15-foot radius).

Hit 36 balls in total: 12 try for the small circle, 12 try for the big circle but outside the small, 12 can land anywhere on the green.

Hit the first 12 balls aiming for the small circle.

6

Hit the next 12 balls aiming for the big circle but outside the small one.

Hit the last 12 balls onto the green without worrying where they end up.

8

Count each ball that stops where it is supposed to for that round.

Add up how many balls landed in the right spots out of 36 tries and enter your score in the app.

Short Game

Up to 5 players compete to stop a sand shot closest to the multiple target(s). The player with the most points wins the challenge. One bucket of balls per player is needed.

Set up 6 piles of 6 balls each around the sand, with each pile 20 to 40 yards from the hole.

Place 3 markers or flags on the green, each spaced 6 to 8 feet apart, to create Target 1, Target 2, and Target

There are 36 shots total: 12 shots aimed at each target.

Hit 12 shots from any pile aiming at Target

5

Hit 12 shots at Target 2, then 12 shots at Target

6

Count a shot as a success if the ball stops within 3 feet of the target marker.

7

Add up the number of successful shots after all 36 are hit, and enter the total score out of 36 attempts.

Short Game

Hit two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sand.

Put a target on the green for the first spot.

Hit 18 shots from the first bunker spot, changing the target every 3 shots (pick 6 spots).

Move to the second bunker spot and do the same: 18 shots, change target every 3 shots (6 targets).

Try to get the ball as close as possible to each target.

Count a shot as success if it stops within 3 feet of the target.

Set up 10 piles of golf balls in two lines in the sand. Each line has 5 piles, 4 yards apart, and the lines are 3 yards apart.

Put the piles 20 to 40 yards from the green.

Draw two circles on the green around the hole: one with a 6-foot radius (birdie zone), one with a 15-foot radius (par zone).

Hit 36 sand shots: 18 shots trying for the small circle, 18 shots trying for the bigger circle.

Start at any pile. Hit one shot at a time, aiming for the zone you need.

6

After 18 shots at the small circle, switch to aiming at the big circle for the last 18 shots.

7

Count a shot as good if it stops in the target circle. Shots outside the big circle are misses.

8

Add up how many good shots out of 36 and enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Scatter a bucket of balls in the sand (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 8 equal lines of 5 balls and stop sand shots inside quadrants. Count the number of successes.

Put 32 balls in 8 lines of 4 balls each, spaced about 2 feet apart, in the sand area 20–40 yards from the hole.

On the green, mark a circle with a 10-foot radius around the hole.

Divide the circle into 4 equal parts (quadrants) using two lines that cross at the hole.

For each line of 4 balls, choose one quadrant and try to hit all 4 balls so they stop inside that quadrant.

After finishing one line and quadrant, move to another line and aim at a new quadrant. Do this until all 8 lines and quadrants are done.

6

Count each ball that stops in the chosen quadrant.

7

Add up the number of successful shots out of 32 and enter score in the app, out of 32 attempts.
