Complete the Progressive Targets Challenge using irons only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Pick 3 flags at the range for your 9, 7, and 5 irons: close, medium, far.

Hit 36 shots total: 12 at each flag.

Hit 12 shots at the close flag.

Hit 12 shots at the medium flag, change irons if wanted.

Hit 12 shots at the far flag, change irons if wanted.

Count shots that land within a club-length of each flag.

Add up successful shots out of 36 and enter score in the app.

Mid irons (7,6,5) | Backswing

Driving Range

Work only on backswing using mid irons only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Pick a flag or target at a medium distance suitable for hitting mid irons (7, 6, or 5).

Use one mid iron and hit 36 shots aiming at the same target.

For each shot, focus only on your backswing, working with 1 or 2 simple backswing thoughts.

Set up the ball the same way each time and maintain your backswing focus.

Hit all 36 shots and count how many have straight, good ball flight that matches your backswing.

After all shots, count how many were good out of 36 and enter the number in the app.

Mid irons (7,6,5) | Ladder Challenge

Driving Range

Complete the Ladder Challenge using mid irons only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Set up three ladder zones on the range, each 6 yards/meters apart, short of the target flag.

Each ladder zone is a target area. The ball must land and stop within 6 yards/meters of the flag.

Hit 36 mid iron shots (using 7-, 6-, or 5-iron) towards the three ladder zones.

Split the 36 shots into 3 sets of

For each set, hit shots in order: first into zone 1, then zone 2, then zone 3, and repeat the ladder sequence three times.

All shots go to the same flag. You can switch clubs (7-, 6-, or 5-iron) any time.

A shot counts as a success only if it lands and stops in the right ladder zone for that shot.

After 36 shots, add up how many were successful and enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.
