1

Pick a target to aim at using your long irons (4, 3, or 2).

2

Mark four sections around the target using cones, buckets, or imaginary lines. The sections should be about 5% of the total distance from where you hit.

3

Hit 36 shots: 9 to each section.

4

Use only your long irons (4, 3, or 2). Switch clubs if you want.

5

Make sure to hit 9 shots to each section. The order does not matter, just finish all shots for each section.

6

Keep your ball setup the same and try to be precise.

7

Count every shot that lands and stays in the right section as a success.

8

When done, count your successful shots and enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

1

Set up 3 flags at different distances, like Par 3 holes.

2

Mark two zones around each flag: Birdie zone is within 6 yards/meters. Par zone is within 10 yards/meters but outside the Birdie zone.

3

Get 36 balls, 12 for each flag.

4

Use only 4, 3, or 2 irons. Hit all 12 balls per flag before switching to the next.

5

Try to land each ball in the Birdie zone. If not, aim for Par zone. Balls outside both zones are misses.

6

Count a success for any ball that lands in Birdie or Par zones.

7

When finished, add up total successes and enter the score in the app, out of 36 attempts.
