Bump-n-Run | Scattered Piles | Multiple Targets

Short Game

Up to 5 players compete to stop a bump-n-run shot closest to the multiple target(s). The player with the most points wins the challenge. One bucket of balls per player is needed.

Put 36 balls in 6 piles, each pile has 6 balls. Scatter them around chipping area between 1 to 10 yards from green and 5 to 30 yards from hole.

Place 3 targets in a line at the edge of the green, spaced 6 feet apart.

Split the 36 shots into 3 groups of 12 shots.

Hit first 12 balls as bump-and-run, try to stop them in the first target zone.

Hit next 12 balls at the second target zone, try to stop them there.

Hit the last 12 balls at the third target zone, try to stop them there.

Pick any pile before each group and keep setup simple for every shot.

Count balls in the right target zone. Each one is a point. Enter score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Short Game

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the flat rough grass.

Put two rows of 18 balls each on grass near the green. Keep the rows 5 yards apart.

Put both rows about 10 yards from the hole.

Make three target zones on the green: Left, Center, and Right. Each is about 4 feet wide.

There will be 36 bump-and-run shots: 12 for each zone.

From the first row, hit every third ball to the Left zone (12 shots).

From the second row, hit every third ball to the Center zone (12 shots).

Go back to the first row. Hit every third ball to the Right zone (12 shots).

Count the shots that stop inside the target zone.

Prepare 36 balls and make 4 piles of 9 balls each.

Put each pile in a different spot, 1 to 10 yards from the green and 5 to 30 yards from the hole.

Mark 4 areas on the green using string or tees, each area should be about 6 feet across.

Hit 36 bump-n-run shots, trying to land 9 balls in each area.

Start from one pile, aim at one area, and hit all 9 balls. Move to the next pile and area.

Keep going until all 36 shots are done, 9 shots per area.

Count how many balls stopped in the target area each time.

Short Game

Up to 5 players hit bump-n-run shot two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped deep rough and other extreme grass types; one bucket from the uphill slope and one bucket from the downhill slope.

Get 36 golf balls and split into 2 groups of 18 balls each.

Put one group of 18 balls on the uphill slope, close to the green.

Put the second group of 18 balls on the downhill slope, about 5 yards from the green.

On the green, set up 3 target zones in a line, about 6 feet apart.

From the uphill pile, hit 6 shots at each target zone (first at Zone 1, then Zone 2, then Zone 3).

From the downhill pile, hit 6 shots at each zone in the same order.

Ball counts as a success if it stays in the chosen target zone.

Short Game

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the flat deep rough and other extreme grass types.

Place two straight lines of 18 golf balls each on flat ground near the green.

Space the lines 5 yards apart and put them 5 to 30 yards from the hole.

Hit 36 bump-and-run shots.

In the first line, hit every third ball, skipping the two in between.

At the end of the first line, switch to the second line and do the same. Alternate lines until all 36 shots are hit.

Place three target zones on the green in a line.

For the first 12 shots, aim for the closest target zone.

For the next 12 shots, aim for the middle zone.

For the last 12 shots, aim for the farthest zone.

Count each shot that lands and stops in the correct zone as a success.

Set up two lines of 18 golf balls each on a sloped fairway near the green: one line on the uphill slope, one line on the downhill slope. Balls should be spaced 5 yards apart, between 5 and 30 yards from the hole.

Place 3 target zones on the green in a row, 6 feet apart. Call them Zone 1 (closest), Zone 2 (middle), and Zone 3 (farthest).

Hit 36 total bump-and-run shots: 18 from the uphill line, 18 from the downhill line.

From the uphill line, hit 6 shots to each zone (6 to Zone 1, 6 to Zone 2, 6 to Zone 3). Always hit every third ball, skipping two balls between shots.

For the downhill line, repeat the process: 6 shots to each zone, using every third ball.

Count a success each time a ball stops inside the intended target zone.

When all 36 shots are done, record how many balls landed in the correct zone, out of 36 attempts, in the app.

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal parallel piles of 4 balls next to the green and stop bump-n-run shots inside quadrants. Count the number of successes.

Take 40 balls and make 10 piles with 4 balls each. Put the piles into 2 lines of 5 piles, spaced 5 to 10 yards/meters apart.

Place the piles on grass, each 1 to 10 yards/meters from the green and 5 to 30 yards/meters from the hole.

On the green, use string or tees to make a circle about 6 feet (2 meters) wide. Mark 4 equal parts in the circle.

Hit 36 bump-and-run shots. Make 9 shots for each of the 4 circle parts.

Start from any pile, aiming for the first circle part. After 9 shots, go to the second part, then the third, then the fourth.

Change piles as wanted to practice from different spots, but keep piles the same.

Count a shot as success if it stops in the right part of the circle.

After all 36 shots, add the number of successful shots and enter your score in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Hit bump-n-run two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped rough grass; one bucket with balls above feet level, and one bucket with balls below feet level.

Set up two lines of balls (18 balls in each line) next to the green on sloped rough. One line is above feet level and one is below feet level.

Set each line 5 yards apart. Balls should be between 5 and 30 yards from the hole.

Hit 18 bump-and-run shots from the above feet line and 18 from the below feet line (36 total shots).

For each line, hit every third ball (leave two balls between each shot). Finish all shots in one line, then switch to the other.

Try to land and stop the ball inside a 6-foot circle around the hole.

6

Count a success for every ball that stays inside the target circle.

7

Add up all your shots that stopped inside the target circle, then enter your total score out of 36 shots in the app.
