Produce low/mid/high shots using mid irons only. Hit one bucket of ~50 balls.

Pick one flag at medium distance suitable for mid irons (7, 6, 5). Use the same ball setup for all shots.

Hit 36 shots total—12 low shots, 12 mid shots, and 12 high shots—all aimed at the same target.

Focus on producing distinct low, mid, and high shots throughout the exercise, switching between mid irons.

Count a success if the ball lands close to the target with the intended trajectory.

After all 36 shots, count how many were successful out of 36 and enter your score in the app.
