26 minFocus: Short Game
1
Make 4 piles of 9 balls each, with the piles 30–60 yards from the hole on different ground.

On the green, mark out a 15-foot circle around the hole and divide the circle into 4 equal parts.

Hit 9 shots from a pile to try and stop the ball in the first part of the circle.
4
Move to another pile and hit 9 shots for the second part.
5
Repeat for the third and fourth parts, from any pile.
6
Count each ball that stops in the right part as a success.

Enter number of successes in the app, out of 36 attempts.

Short Game
Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 2 perpendicular lines 20 balls per line and stop pitch shots inside quadrants. Count the number of successes.

Set up 2 lines of 18 balls each, making 36 balls total, spaced about 1 foot apart, 30 to 60 yards from the green.

On the green, make 4 areas using string or markers inside a circle about 15 feet wide.

Plan to hit 9 balls into each of the 4 areas.

From one ball line, hit 3 balls at the first area.

Switch to the other ball line and hit 3 balls at the second area.

Keep switching lines, hitting 3 balls at a time, until each area has 9 balls aimed at it.

Count how many balls stop in the right area.

After all 36 balls are hit, record the number that landed in the correct spot out of 36 in the app.

Make 8 lines with 5 balls in each line, spread out the lines on grass about 30 to 60 meters from the hole.

Put 6 flags around the green, each at least 3 meters apart.

Use 36 balls, split into 6 groups of 6 balls.

For each group, pick one flag and hit all 6 balls to land near that flag.

Move to the next flag and hit the next group, until using all 6 flags.

Count each ball that stops within 3 meters of the flag.

Add up total successful shots out of 36 and enter score in the app.

Up to 5 players hit two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped deep rough and other extreme grass types; one bucket with balls above feet level, and one bucket with balls below feet level.

Get 36 golf balls. Divide into 3 groups of 12 balls.

Set up 3 target zones on the green. Make them easy to see and about the same size.

Go to the rough, 20-40 yards from the hole. Hit 12 balls at the first target zone.

Hit 12 balls at the second target zone from the same spot, same ball setup.
5
Hit 12 balls at the third target zone the same way.

Keep ball setup on the slope the same for all shots.
7
Count a shot as a success if it lands and stops in the target zone.

Add up successful shots and enter score in the app, out of 36 attempts.
