Heather Gardens Association is a Colorado-based active adult community offering age-restricted, maintenance-free living for independent seniors. Located in the southeast Denver metro area near Aurora, the community spans a park-like 200 acres featuring amenities such as a large clubhouse, a public golf course, and numerous clubs and activities. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby I-225, RTD light rail, Cherry Creek State Park, and local services, with a variety of housing options from condos to townhomes and patio homes.
