Place the piles 3 yards or meters apart, between 20 and 40 yards or meters from the hole, in sand bunkers and not on the green.

On the green, mark two target circles around the hole: an inner circle with a 6-foot or 2-meter radius (bullseye) and an outer circle with a 15-foot or 5-meter radius (outer bullseye).

Take 36 sand shots in total. Do 18 shots aiming for the inner bullseye, then 18 shots for the outer bullseye (including the inner).

Start at any pile and hit one sand shot at a time, trying to land the ball in the target area.

On the green, mark two big circles around the hole. Make the first circle 6 feet (2 meters) out from the hole, and the second circle 15 feet (5 meters) out from the hole.

Pick flags/targets (one or more) suitable for wedges (LW,SW,GW and/or PW). Create a perimeter around the flag at [5% of the total distance to the flag] using four cones or buckets (or use imagination). Pick one flag/target to hit to and one cone on the opposite side to avoid. Hit 15 balls with each wedge (one bucket of ~50 balls). Goal is to hit as close as possible to the target while avoiding the opposing cone (opposing can represents an obstacle: water hazard, sand trap or similar). The type of shot/club that finds the obstacle is a weakness. Switch between flags/targets. Switch between wedges throughout the exercise. Work on any ball flight.
