Golfclub Landgoed Nieuwkerk Goirle is gelegen in het stroomgebied van de Poppelse Ley en grenst aan het beschermd natuurgebied de Regte Heide. De baan behoort tot het grensoverschrijdend Landgoed Nieuwkerk, gelegen ten zuiden van Goirle op steenworp afstand van de Belgische grens. Dit landgoed bestaat uit grote bospercelen en weilanden, doorkruist door het beekje/riviertje De Leye en biedt een habitat voor velerlei soorten vogels, amfibieën, fazanten, reeën en een uitgebreide flora. De golfbaan behoort tot de mooiste 9 holes banen in Nederland en werd in 2016 door de golfsite Leading Courses uitgeroepen tot Hidden Gem, oftewel "Verborgen Juweel".
