Course Description
The Glenview Park District is a public park district in Illinois, serving over 63,000 residents in Glenview, Golf, and parts of nearby communities. Established in 1927, it operates independently under a seven-member elected Board of Commissioners. The district manages more than 861 acres of land, including 26 parks, 12 major facilities, and 12.6 miles of walking trails, with a commitment to preserving natural resources. The district offers over 3,000 programs and events each year, covering sports, education, leisure, and cultural activities. Recreational opportunities include hiking, biking, picnicking, and ice skating at the Glenview Community Ice Center.
