Chip | Rough | Uphill/Downhill

Short Game

Up to 5 players hit two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped rough grass; one bucket from the uphill slope and one bucket from the downhill slope.

Prepare 36 golf balls in 3 piles of 12 balls each.

Set up 3 target zones on the putting green: one uphill, one flat, one downhill.

From the rough, 5 to 30 yards away, chip 12 balls to land and stop in the uphill zone.

Chip 12 balls to the flat zone.

Chip 12 balls to the downhill zone.

A shot counts as a success if the ball lands and stops in the correct zone.

Keep the ball setup the same for each shot. Only change which zone to aim for.

Count how many shots landed and stopped in the right zones out of 36 attempts, and enter the score in the app.

Chip | Fairway | Above/Below Feet

Short Game

Up to 5 players hit two buckets of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) from the sloped fairway; one bucket with balls above feet level, and one bucket with balls below feet level.

Put 36 golf balls into 3 piles of

Place each pile 5 to 20 yards from the hole.

At the green's edge, set up 3 target zones in a line, each 4 feet apart. Mark them Zone A (closest), Zone B (middle), and Zone C (farthest).

Keep ball positions the same: first pile on a slope above feet, second pile on flat ground, third pile on a slope below feet.

Hit 12 chip shots to Zone A from the above feet position.

Hit 12 chip shots to Zone B from the flat position.

Hit 12 chip shots to Zone C from below feet position.

Count how many shots land and stay in the intended zone.

Add up total successful shots out of 36 and enter the score in the app.

Short Game

Align a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 10 equal perpendicular piles of 4 balls and stop chip shots inside quadrants. Count the number of successes.

Set up 2 lines with 5 piles of 4 balls each. There are 10 piles in total.

Space the 2 lines 5 to 10 yards apart. Space each pile 2 yards apart along each line.

On the green, use string or markers to make a circle 6 feet wide around the hole. Divide the circle into 4 equal parts.

Hit 36 chip shots, split into 4 groups of

For each group, try to stop the balls in one part of the circle. Move to the next part after each group.

Alternate where you chip from to practice different spots, but aim for the chosen part of the circle.

Count how many balls land in the right part of the circle.

Short Game

Set up 3 landing zones on the green, each about 6 feet apart in a straight line toward the hole.

Choose one spot in the rough grass, 5 to 20 yards from the hole, to hit from. Do not move this spot.

Hit 36 chip shots—12 to each zone in order.

Hit 12 shots trying to land and stop in the first zone.

Next, hit 12 shots to the second zone.

Then, hit 12 shots to the third zone.

Count every shot that lands and stops in the right zone as a success.

After all 36 shots, add up how many successes out of 36 and enter the score in the app.

Short Game

Scatter a bucket of balls (avg. bucket is 40 balls) into 8 equal piles of 5 balls and hit-and-land chip shots inside landing zones. Count the number of successes.

On the green, mark 3 zones in a straight line, each zone 6 feet apart.

Hit 36 chip shots in total, split into 3 sets of 12 shots.

For the first 12 shots, aim to land the ball in Zone

For the next 12 shots, aim for Zone

For the last 12 shots, aim for Zone

Choose any pile to hit from, switch piles if wanted.
