Each ladder zone is a target area. The ball must land and stop within 6 yards/meters of the flag.

Hit 36 mid iron shots (using 7-, 6-, or 5-iron) towards the three ladder zones.

For each set, hit shots in order: first into zone 1, then zone 2, then zone 3, and repeat the ladder sequence three times.
